Job Summary

Assist Project Management resources in delivering projects on scope, quality, and budget by following AVI-SPL’s project management principles and Operations Playbook. Support kick-off activities, manage internal/external communication and documentation, compile progress reports, and help track milestones. Review contract documents, site progress, equipment requests, and assist with change-order processing. Help ensure accurate closeout/as-built documentation and support customer outcomes tied to on-time delivery and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Learn and comply with AVI-SPL standard process and procedures within the Operations Playbook.
•Review and understand contract documents (scope of work, bid drawings/specifications, construction schedules) for assigned projects.
•Manage project team resource tasks and milestone activity; facilitate internal and external kick-off documentation.
•Track and communicate project status by maintaining accurate files and records, compiling progress reports, and escalating issues to Project/Office Management.
•Support equipment request distribution/shipping processes and assist with change order handling; ensure closeout/as-built documentation is created and stored correctly.

•Demonstrated experience in an assistant Project Manager or Project Coordination role covering the responsibilities of this position.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and PDF software.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
•Ability to travel to various job sites as required; applicants must have full working rights in Hong Kong.
