Customer Sales Associate

Serve as a trusted advisor for customers visiting Trane Supply stores, helping resolve parts or equipment issues and delivering high-quality parts and solutions. Assist with order management, quotes, and invoices to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment. Grow sales by identifying related products and add-on extensions, staying current on Trane products, offerings, and promotions. Interact with customers by phone and in person and support warehouse/inventory work as needed.
