Ensure accurate onboarding of POS and e-commerce merchants by following policy and procedure, pre-screening required agreements and KYC documents, and raising exceptions when needed. Perform daily internal accounts reconciliation and corrective actions, prepare monthly and half-yearly vendor invoices for Amex/Diners, and manage deferred commission and payment invoicing. Maintain trackers, post entries in the system, support reconciliations, and ensure compliance with banking regulatory requirements.
