Key Responsibilities

  • •Design state-of-the-art NVM memories (EEPROM, EPROM, Poly-Fuse, Fuse, Anti-fuse) for commercial, automotive, and industrial applications.
  • •Design peripheral analog IPs for memories, including high voltage generators, voltage/current references, LDOs, and oscillators.
  • •Partner with worldwide technology and process development owners to influence best-in-class NVM component development.
  • •Perform design verification to ensure robustness using PVT verification, statistical simulations, and analysis of extracted parasitics.
  • •Collaborate with validation, product engineering, and test engineering teams to enable successful transfer to production.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • •3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • •Hands-on design experience with high voltage generators, voltage/current references, LDOs, oscillators, and sense amplifiers in CMOS and BiCMOS.
  • •Analog/transistor-level circuit design with statistical and Monte Carlo simulation experience.
  • •Familiarity with IC design tools, preferably Cadence Virtuoso, including mixed-signal simulations (Spectre, AMS, Ultrasim).
