Job Summary

Serve as a PAS Subject Matter Expert for InterSystems TrakCare, using healthcare and product knowledge to assess fit, guide standard implementations, and minimize customer-specific variations. Own the ARIES methodology across discovery, launch, setup, adoption, and sustainment—running solution presentations, induction workshops, training, validation scripts, and on-site go-live support. Bring deep UK PAS rules/workflow expertise to help customers implement successfully in private and public hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

•Review proposals and tender documentation, analyze customer processes, and identify gaps and solution options.
•Run solution presentations and induction workshops, advising customers on benefits and standard implementation approaches.
•Produce business requirements, solution design documents, and validation scripts; set up customer site configuration and support data collection.
•Support validation, troubleshooting, error logging, and follow-ups during implementation, coordinating fixes with the project and product teams.
•Deliver train-the-trainer materials and on-site go-live support, then complete support handover and sustainment activities while liaising with other departments.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years’ experience working in healthcare with a strong understanding of PAS processes in the UK.
•Deep understanding of PAS rules, workflows, and requirements across private and public hospitals in the UK.
•Experience delivering customer training, workshops, and/or presentations, with strong consultative and communication skills.
•Experience writing functional documents and creating business process maps.
•Ability to contribute to a multi-disciplined team and provide effective, direct customer engagement (including clinicians).
