•Make real-world connections consistently so students leave class understanding why what they learned matters
•Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field

•Strong content knowledge across quantitative reasoning, algebra, and introductory statistics
•Available to commit 8–10 hours per week per course, with some flexibility for training
