Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and maintain the health, availability, and performance of Windows-based systems.
  • •Perform routine administration including patch management, backups, and scheduled updates.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve issues across performance, system errors, user access, and connectivity.
