Key Responsibilities

•Lead sales initiatives for BytePlus innovation technology solutions in APAC, driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration for targeted industry verticals from scratch.
•Establish and maintain a strong pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solution suite.
•Execute go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth through effective sales closure activities.
•Build and manage relationships with prospect clients, aligning solutions to industry pain points and ROI.
•Partner with marketing to increase awareness of the technology portfolio through public conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years in a revenue closing role with a background in B2B technology and/or AI (MaaS) and/or public cloud.
•Proven track record of overachievement in sales closure and growth.
•Experience selling AI/MaaS products or streaming media solutions/video and public cloud is a plus.
•Ability to communicate and influence on complex topics across audiences with different functional knowledge levels.
