Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide primary legal oversight for supply chain operations, including private label agreements, EHS compliance, and ESG reporting.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, administer supplier qualification and compliance programs, and maintain contract lifecycle management policies.
  • •Oversee supply chain litigation matters, including working with outside counsel, managing budgets, and developing strategies with insurance carriers.
  • •Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state regulations affecting operations, including EPA, Cal/OSHA, Texas TCEQ, Prop 65, FMCSA, FCPA, DOT, import/export, OSHA, and EPR.
  • •Support sustainability reporting by serving as a liaison for environmental metrics (Scopes 1, 2, and 3, water, waste) across verticals.
