Job Summary

Provide primary legal oversight for North America supply chain operations across SRS Distribution verticals. Serve as legal resource for private label agreements, EHS compliance, and ESG reporting. Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and partnership agreements; administer supplier compliance and contract lifecycle practices; and manage supply chain litigation with outside counsel. Advise on federal/state regulations, labeling, permitting, and incident response, while supporting sustainability metrics reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide primary legal oversight for supply chain operations, including private label agreements, EHS compliance, and ESG reporting.
•Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, administer supplier qualification and compliance programs, and maintain contract lifecycle management policies.
•Oversee supply chain litigation matters, including working with outside counsel, managing budgets, and developing strategies with insurance carriers.
•Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state regulations affecting operations, including EPA, Cal/OSHA, Texas TCEQ, Prop 65, FMCSA, FCPA, DOT, import/export, OSHA, and EPR.
•Support sustainability reporting by serving as a liaison for environmental metrics (Scopes 1, 2, and 3, water, waste) across verticals.

Key Requirements

•Juris doctor (JD) or equivalent and required certifications for practicing law.
•8-10 years of related work experience.
•Experience handling supply chain contracts with a focus on compliance and regulatory frameworks.
•Demonstrated familiarity with complex commercial transactions.
•Knowledge of contract management and ability to implement and administer contract management programs.
