Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of advanced prompt engineering and retrieval pipelines across thousands of customer conversations daily using integrations like Zendesk, Intercom, and Salesforce.
  • •Architect real-time multimodal simulations for voice, video, and chat using platforms like OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Vapi.
  • •Drive high-performance user experiences with Next.js and ensure intuitive AI interactions, mentoring others to a high standard.
  • •Make critical architectural and tooling decisions, shaping product direction and technology choices.
  • •Collaborate with a small San Francisco team to ship a customer-facing product with significant ownership and impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Have at least 4 years of engineering experience, ideally at a startup (Series A to C), where you’ve helped ship complex, customer-facing products.
  • •Bring strong technical leadership, including experience mentoring other engineers, leading technical decisions, or architecting significant product areas.
  • •Have deep expertise in modern web technologies, product architecture, or AI integrations—bonus points if you’ve worked on notable or challenging projects we can explore together.
  • •Experience mentoring engineers and making architectural decisions.
