Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, schedule, and oversee daily work assignments of Service Engineers.
  • •Proactively manage service planning, including creating, updating, and closing service jobs in relevant systems.
  • •Administer and coordinate ocean service-related tasks in collaboration with the ocean department and international marine service.
  • •Order, track, and manage spare parts to support service operations.
  • •Monitor shared inbox requests and coordinate water sampling tests and related logistics.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with administrative tasks, customer experience, and international contacts.
  • •Experience from back office roles and order processing.
  • •Proficiency as an experienced system user in tools such as Teams, Outlook, and booking systems.
  • •Completed upper-secondary school, preferably within administration.
  • •Excellent communication skills in English, plus either Swedish or Danish depending on location.
