Job Summary

Technically coordinate purchasing across the organization’s subsidiaries to build a mature, transparent procurement function. Lead end-to-end sourcing for assigned categories (focused on Consulting & People Services), including tenders, benchmarking, supplier search, and contract/price negotiations. Manage purchase requests, PO approvals, KYC checks, contract approvals with cross-functional teams, and contract registers in ERP/CLM systems to support reporting and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Technically coordinate purchasing activities within the organization and its subsidiaries in line with procurement and contract strategy.
•Lead end-to-end sourcing for assigned categories, including tenders, benchmarking, and supplier search based on category and location upon stakeholder request.
•Implement and manage contract and price negotiations to support profitability, including coordinating Purchase Requests, KYC checks, and PO approvals/release.
•Coordinate contract approvals with responsible departments (Treasury, Legal, IP, Data Protection, Accounting, and other specialists) and provide consultation to contract initiators.
•Maintain contract registers and supplier/vendor master data in ERP/CLM systems, including reporting on procurement and contract-approval status and organizing contract signing (e.g., via EDI).

Key Requirements

•3–4+ years of experience as a Procurement Specialist / Senior Procurement Specialist / Buyer.
•Solid end-to-end procurement and contract management knowledge: sourcing, tendering, negotiations, contracting, and supplier management.
•Hands-on experience with ERP and CLM systems, including S2C / P2P processes and Vendor Master Data management.
•Experience with categories such as Consulting & People Services is a strong advantage.
•Strong stakeholder management skills coordinating cross-functional approvals; fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
