Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process/system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs while keeping the store clean, safe, and efficient
