Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall delivery of the airport program across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, ORAT, and handover.
  • •Establish program governance, reporting structures, and decision-making frameworks.
  • •Own project performance, risk, schedule, cost, quality, and safety as the single point of accountability.
  • •Manage relationships with airport owners, operators, government agencies, consultants, contractors, and regulators.
  • •Chair executive program reviews and steering committee meetings; drive resolution of critical risks, disputes, and stakeholder issues to achieve operational readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • •Minimum 25 years of experience in major infrastructure, aviation, transportation, or airport developments.
  • •Minimum 10 years in executive project leadership roles on airport projects or equivalent mega-projects.
  • •Proven track record managing multi-billion-dollar construction programs.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and executive governance experience across design, construction, systems, commissioning, and operational readiness.
