Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the IT procurement process, interfacing with Technology Services leadership on contract renewals and net-new contracts and supplier improvement.
  • •Negotiate contract renewals and net-new contracts in collaboration with the Legal team.
  • •Own end-to-end PO procurement, including sending POs, confirming acknowledgement, expediting as needed, confirming suppliers are paid.
  • •Collect, compile, and analyze procurement data and provide reports using MS SQL and Snowflake.
  • •Receive and execute ad-hoc procurement requests, maintain procurement budgets, and follow up on invoice discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a relevant field plus 5+ years of experience, or 8+ years of experience in Procurement or Accounting.
  • •CPSM certification is a plus.
  • •Experience with Coupa or other leading ERP systems and/or e-procurement platforms (preferred).
  • •Proficient in SQL, Snowflake, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
  • •Strong accuracy, responsiveness, follow-through, multitasking, attention to detail, and quantitative aptitude.
