Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and maintain vehicle placement within the designated zone/move area to lot standards.
  • •Use Supervisor and Lot Ops dashboards to make daily staging/move decisions for the assigned zone.
  • •Continuously improve safety and efficient movement of vehicles in and out of the zone.
  • •Stage vehicles safely for proper destinations, eliminating multiple drop-off points and less-than-full loads.
  • •Label vehicles with sale and routing labels, coordinate inventory status priorities with crew leaders/managers, and engage service/tow teams for inoperable vehicles.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, or higher education/certification with reduced experience.

  • •Preferred: 6 months of auction or driving experience.
  • •Ability to work outdoors and meet physical requirements (standing/walking long distances, lifting 1–15 pounds).
