Oversee multiple bars across three rooms at O2 Academy Birmingham, ensuring high-standard service during live shows, clubs, and events. Manage stock control and cellar procedures, support front-of-house operations, and help drive financial performance through targets, forecasting, cost control, cash management, and weekly payroll.
