Job Summary

Lead Salesforce Professional Services engagements for Health & Life Sciences customers, driving advisory and implementation work through governance and execution to measurable value realization. Partner with executive stakeholders to define KPIs, build strategic roadmaps, and accelerate time to value using Salesforce’s multi-cloud agentic platform and AI across delivery. Manage a group of PMs, coordinate interdependent workstreams, mitigate program risk, and handle planning, financials, deliverables, and customer escalations.

•Lead project execution and governance to achieve desired customer value and outcomes.
•Partner with executive stakeholders to define KPIs and drive success aligned as 'One Salesforce'.
•Drive engagement and strategy using Salesforce technologies, leveraging AI across project execution.
•Lead the overall program and a group of PMs, coordinating interdependent workstreams and delivery methodology.
•Manage planning, deliverables, milestones, staffing, and financials (forecasting, budgeting, revenue management) while handling risk and escalations.

Salary: USD 164,000 - 261,500 annually

Key Requirements
