Key Responsibilities

•Oversee IT infrastructure and services to ensure stability, security, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
•Lead and develop an IT team across project management, product ownership, support, and technical roles.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery aligned with business needs.
•Manage performance and operational processes to meet SLAs, driving continuous operational improvements.
•Apply Agile/Waterfall and scrum practices, identify and mitigate IT project risks, and manage vendor relationships.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science) or relevant experience.
•Any relevant IT certification.
