Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in optimization of ByteDance LIVE monetization and support LIVE experiences for global users.
  • •Adopt cutting-edge ML models to model user behaviour and consumption data and build high-performance, high-reliability architecture services.
  • •Analyze user behaviour patterns, engage in product/business discussions, and provide optimization directions for the overall business.
  • •Build prediction/uplift neural network models to improve LIVE feature intelligence.
  • •Perform detailed analysis of user and system data to identify user experience optimization opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Familiar with C/C++/Python development and with Linux multi-threaded/multi-process.
  • •Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, including boost machine, DNN, and reinforcement learning.
  • •Strong math foundation (probability, statistics, numerical optimization) and the ability to discover, analyze, and solve problems from data.
  • •Experience with big data parallel processing using Flink, Spark, Hive, or similar tools.
