Job Summary

Landscape Architect/Planner role within the UK Environment team focusing on delivering LVIA, TVIA, and landscape design from concept through construction, with opportunities to manage small projects, collaborate with clients, and contribute to bids across the UK. You’ll work in a multidisciplinary team, using industry-standard tools, and support both public and private sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently manage smaller projects and support delivery of specific tasks within larger projects.
•Prepare technical information for landscape infrastructure, development and improvement projects including LVIA/TVIA and detailed design to support planning applications.
•Create preliminary sketches and detailed designs with general arrangement drawings, construction detailing, schedules and specifications for planning and construction phases.
•Assist with tender/construction packages and post-construction inspections, contributing to project delivery and quality control.
•Client-facing responsibilities such as design advice, workshops and stakeholder events, and leading junior staff in project work.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent; Postgraduate diploma/Masters in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent
