Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead the CMG & trend team against seasonal, QTM, and long-range vision, translating global insights into actionable product strategies.
  • •Develop seasonal concept frameworks, trend forecasts, cohesive color palettes, and material innovation roadmaps aligned to brand positioning and regional/channel needs.
  • •Lead material and graphic strategies across print, pattern, embellishment, and scalable graphic systems that reinforce brand-authentic narratives.
  • •Influence product strategy from concept through commercialization and facilitate seasonal creative reviews and executive storytelling presentations.
  • •Lead and mentor the CMG and trend team, including goal-setting, development plans, best practices, tools, and processes; evaluate post-launch performance to guide future direction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in product design, fashion design, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in CMG, product design, trend forecasting, or creative direction, with demonstrated success leading seasonal product direction and trend strategy.
  • •Eight or more years of people leadership experience, including developing creative talent and building effective teams.
  • •Experience in footwear, apparel, accessories, lifestyle, outdoor, sport, or consumer product industries, supported by a portfolio showing color, material, graphic, and trend leadership.
  • •Deep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, marketplace dynamics, color theory, material development, and graphic design.
