Job Summary

Experienced Marketing Technologist/Data Engineer to build and operate data, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing infrastructure. Responsible for data ingestion, integrations, ETLs, and AI-driven tooling to empower marketing campaigns, dashboards, and self-serve analytics across Zillow’s Marketing org.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure, integrate and operate marketing systems including the Marketing Analytics Platform to automate data ingestion pipelines, build taxonomy tools, and datasets for end-to-end marketing campaign performance and reporting.
•Manage marketing systems integrations, data ingestion, and ETLs to prepare analytics datasets (hands-on-keyboards).
•Drive the marketing technology roadmap by onboarding new platforms, ensuring data and security compliance, and training user teams.
•Lead the investigation and implementation of AI-driven tooling and integrations (e.g., Meta Ads AI Connectors, LLM-powered agents, Databricks embedded prompts) to automate campaign setup, content generation, and operational execution.
•Enable self-service data and conversational analytics by deploying AI/LLM agents to allow non-technical teams to query diverse data sources and surface campaign performance insights.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Engineering, Analytics, Tech Operations, or Marketing Technologist roles, shipping scalable platforms in marketing-related domains.
•Experience in SQL, Python (or other languages), Databricks/Tableau Dashboards, and ETL tools with marketing system integrations.
•Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, etc.
•Experience applying systems thinking to drive an AI-native operating model and change workflows.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations Management, or similar field preferred or equivalent experience.
