Key Responsibilities

  • •Design AI/BI experiences and human–AI interactions for enterprise software.
  • •Lead end-to-end design from concept through GA, collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • •Define new design patterns for AI-native enterprise software and influence long-term AI/BI strategy.
  • •Create visually and interactionally strong designs rooted in data-driven UX processes.
  • •Foster collaboration between data engineers, analysts, and business leaders to drive product success.

Salary: USD 144,800 - 199,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product design work experience.
  • •A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with specialization in HCI, Interaction Design, graphic design, computer science, or related disciplines.
  • •Comfortable talking to strategic customers in key decision-making positions.
  • •Experience shipping great digital products and overseeing the process from idea to GA.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead large and complex design projects and balance the needs of diverse stakeholders.
