Job Summary

Manage end-to-end contract administration for complex energy projects, including change and claims, while defining tender and contract strategies with business functions. Key Responsibilities

•Manage contract administration across the full lifecycle for large energy projects, including change and claims management.
•Develop tender and contract strategies, monitor supply chain developments, and provide market intelligence on potential risks to the critical path.
•Support PQQs, tender documentation, evaluation criteria, scopes of work, and evaluate proposals for FEED and EPCI packages.
•Lead commercial and contractual matters with procurement and legal teams, proactively manage contracts, and negotiate claims to resolve disputes.
•Maintain comprehensive records, ensure contract compliance, perform data analysis and reporting for forecasting and planning, and communicate status/variances to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•7+ years’ contract management experience within major capital programs.
•University degree in a relevant subject area (e.g., project management, engineering, supply chain, procurement, quantity surveying, business).
•Contract management experience across the full project life cycle, including contract change and claim management.
•Extensive knowledge of Contracts for Surveys Operations.
•Fluency in both Spanish and English. Include understanding of financial analysis and reporting of project budgets.
