Key Responsibilities

  • •Own capacity analysis and readiness planning for HTY and MSI volume ramps, translating forecasts into integrated capacity and operational plans.
  • •Build and maintain capacity models and identify bottlenecks and headroom by week and month, including scenario planning for volume and shift patterns.
  • •Consolidate operational data from SAP/S4, WMS/ATMES, and 3PL feeds into a trusted dataset; maintain data definitions, quality, and refresh cycles.
  • •Design dashboards and KPI reporting for capacity utilization, backlog, cycle time, inventory accuracy, 3PL performance, and on-time shipment.
  • •Run the ramp-readiness project plan (milestones, dependencies, RAID log, action tracking), chair readiness reviews, validate 3PL capacity and recovery plans, and support compliance and audit follow-through.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years in manufacturing, finished-goods, or supply-chain operations with hands-on capacity planning ownership.
  • •Lean manufacturing or industrial engineering background, including time-and-motion studies, standard time setting, line balancing, and VSM (Green Belt preferred).
  • •Strong data skills: Excel modeling, SQL, and Power BI or Tableau to build and maintain dashboards.
  • •Project management capability covering planning, tracking, risk management, and stakeholder alignment (PMP or equivalent a plus).
  • •Working knowledge of SAP/S4, WMS/ATMES, and 3PL operating and cost models, plus a degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or Supply Chain.
