Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, assist, and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value customer experiences on the selling floor.
  • •Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
  • •Lead and coach a customer-facing service-oriented team, including managing customer flow and ensuring no client is left unattended.
  • •Drive Burberry Experience training in the store through morning/weekly meetings, role-play, and performance feedback.
  • •Resolve difficult customer issues, escalate to management when needed, and process post-void transactions and authorize promotional discounts in the absence of store management.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
  • •Advanced knowledge of POS system.
  • •Previous experience with Apple mobile devices and comfort using digital tools.
  • •Ability to coach and provide real-time feedback to sales associates.
  • •Thorough understanding of company policies and consistent enforcement of company guidelines.
