Job Summary

Manage, schedule, and drive completion of service and warranty work for home solar and battery systems. Lead and maintain the warranty/service schedule, coordinate labor resources with field and branch leaders, and support training and onboarding for Field Service and Field Communications Technicians. Meet field performance KPIs such as turnaround time and dispatch completion, and assist with inspections and site audits as assigned while following safety standards.

•Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
•Coordinate with electrical and construction leadership to allocate labor resources for service and warranty projects.
•Assist with training, onboarding, and development for field service and field communications technicians.
•Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices.
•Exceed field performance KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, experience rating, dispatch completion) and support inspections/site audits when assigned.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of previous field construction or solar experience.
•High School diploma is required.
•Working knowledge of current NEC codes and applicable standards.
•Ability to interpret single-line drawings and PV systems from roof to meter, including solar interconnection/tie-in concepts.
•Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (must be 21+); electrical journeyman certification/license preferred (may be required by state).
