Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare SG&A support and retail accounting journal entries and perform basic reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • •Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual report consolidations for the SG&A Planning team.
  • •Perform variance analyses versus plan, forecast, and prior year, escalating material issues to senior team members.
  • •Support creation of management reporting packages with clear, concise commentary for internal stakeholders.
  • •Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying data issues and recommending incremental enhancements to tools and workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a related financial role.
  • •Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to build and maintain standard reports and charts.
  • •Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create basic management presentations.
  • •Preferred: working knowledge of SAP, Workday, and enterprise planning tools (e.g., SAC, S/4, Workday Adaptive).
