Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously monitor GSOC systems including alarms, CCTV, access control, and life-safety technologies.
  • •Receive, assess, document, and coordinate responses to security incidents, emergencies, system alerts, and assistance requests.
  • •Dispatch security personnel, maintain communications with field operations, and ensure timely escalation to security management and business partners.
  • •Conduct authorized intelligence research and support investigations, including open-source intelligence and social media monitoring.
  • •Support travel, executive protection, and crisis activations through situational awareness, communications, incident tracking, and situation reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, intelligence studies, security management, emergency management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in law enforcement, intelligence, investigations, corporate security, military service, emergency management, or related public safety field.
  • •Demonstrated experience with investigations, intelligence research, threat assessments, analytical research, or other complex security work beyond routine monitoring/dispatch.
  • •Ability to independently operate a command center environment, manage competing priorities, assess incomplete information, and make timely, defensible decisions.
  • •Excellent written communication and report-writing skills, with strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
