Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily QC functions, including process inspections and final product inspections, and report quality concerns and improvement opportunities to leadership.
  • •Ensure formula and mix design accuracy across plants and maintain formulas to produce quality products efficiently.
  • •Build and maintain quality control processes and quality assurance programs; monitor QA testing and provide updates to leadership.
  • •Coordinate required testing for finished goods and raw materials, and evaluate raw materials.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis for poor test results and customer complaints; develop corrective actions and train plant QC personnel and machine operators as needed.
