Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, run, and adjust manufacturing equipment to produce plastic film and bag products in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • •Follow safety, GMP, and HACCP policies, including conducting daily section inspections.
  • •Perform quality checks, interpret standards, and adjust settings to reduce scrap and maintain specifications.
  • •Optimize equipment settings to maximize production yields, minimize downtime, and execute timely changeovers.
  • •Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting and support housekeeping, line shutdown, and packing as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •3 to 6 months experience as a Production Packer and/or 3 to 6 months experience in manufacturing in a related field.

  • •Familiarity with GMP and HACCP policies and safety standards.
  • •Forklift operation skills and ability to read and interpret work orders.
