Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience with solid knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance for corporate clients.
  • •Experience in sales, business development, account management, or distribution management within the insurance industry is preferred.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Fluent Japanese proficiency is required.
  • •Intermediate or higher English proficiency for reading and writing business documents and emails; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
