Assistant Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom in Gambrills by observing children, preparing an orderly learning environment, and assisting with individualized and small-group activities. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families, and collaborate with Lead Guides to strengthen classroom community. Help children ages 0–6 develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning while growing through sponsored Montessori diploma training and ongoing mentorship.
