Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute holistic client engineering technology strategies and roadmaps aligned to business objectives and end-user experience goals.
  • •Lead evaluation, piloting, and deployment of modern endpoint management, mobile platforms, and virtual workspace solutions; oversee adoption of SOE, OS, mobile, and VDI.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert for end-user computing environments, setting technical direction for architecture, engineering, and delivery of complex enterprise-wide solutions.
  • •Inspire, mentor, and manage endpoint engineering, mobility, and VDI teams; set OKRs and coach for continuous improvement, performance, and accountability.
  • •Champion modernization of operations using tools and metrics, manage vendor relationships and partnerships, and ensure security/compliance plus business continuity and disaster recovery for client technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 9+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 6 years with a PhD, or 15+ years with a Bachelor’s-equivalent requirement.
  • •Proven track record leading large, high-performing teams in global organizations (5,000+ employees).
  • •Deep technical expertise in end-user technologies including SOE/OS management, endpoint engineering, MDM/EMM, Citrix/VDI, and virtual desktops.
  • •Ability to architect, deploy, and manage enterprise-scale client engineering solutions and transformation programs.
  • •Experience with ITIL, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and ServiceNow ITSM.
