Key Responsibilities

  • •Record issued documents according to the Project Life Cycle procedure.
  • •Receive/download drawings and documents from the EDMS and file them in the appropriate directory.
  • •Prepare a schedule of documents received and transmitted, including revisions, for the project manager.
  • •Upload drawings and documents into EDMS per the PM-provided schedule; maintain incoming/outgoing logs.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years’ experience in document and data management in a multi-discipline detail design engineering environment.
  • •Experience uploading/downloading from online collaborative websites is essential.
  • •Be conscientious and methodical with excellent organizational skills.
  • •Strong time management to manage workload across multiple projects.
  • •Experience with at least three EDMS platforms such as Aconex, ACC, ASSAI, BIM 360, InEight Team Binder, Unifier, and SharePoint (advantage).
