Key Responsibilities

•Handle incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, and collect statements from involved parties to assist customers in getting back on the road.
•Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience throughout the claims process.
•Guide policyholders through their coverage and the steps to resolve claims efficiently and accurately.
•Coordinate with adjusters and other teams to ensure timely and accurate claim settlements.
•Maintain detailed documentation of claims, actions taken, and outcomes to support audits and compliance.
