Key Responsibilities

  • •Remotely support deployment of the autonomous haulage system (AHS) across multiple mine sites, including truck bring-up, rover installation, and commissioning progress.
  • •Track and document site-level issues (equipment faults, communications failures, installation delays) and escalate blockers to the Field Operations Manager and engineering teams.
  • •Coordinate logistics remotely with customer site teams, including permitting, work authorizations, and equipment/route readiness via calls, Slack, and shared trackers.
  • •Monitor production and administrative delays against project milestones using structured trackers for distributed stakeholders.
  • •Support remote customer training and handover documentation, and coordinate safety compliance and site-specific protocols with on-site personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •3–7 years of experience in mining, heavy equipment, or industrial field operations.
  • •Comfort working remotely on active mine site projects in production and safety-critical environments.
  • •Prior exposure to technology rollouts such as autonomy, remote operations, telematics, or machine control systems.
  • •Strong organizational skills to track multiple open issues across sites and time zones with clear communication.
  • •Degree in Mining Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
