Key Responsibilities

  • •Sort, label, inspect, and package finished goods according to customer specifications and quality standards.
  • •Prepare cores for machine operators, track multiple packing orders, and keep workstations stocked with packaging materials.
  • •Communicate shift updates and coordinate with departments to keep production running smoothly.
  • •Maintain a clean work area using 5S practices and uphold safety protocols as a team role model.
  • •Assist with basic equipment maintenance and participate in group problem-solving and quality improvement projects.

Key Requirements
