Job Summary

Deliver trainer-led training for Medi24 across platforms, supporting global operations with onboarding and performance-improvement programs. Develop and maintain blended and E-learning materials, collaborate with instructional designers, and keep the knowledge database current. Serve as subject matter expert for medical onboarding and training content, measure training effectiveness using feedback and metrics, and coordinate updates with stakeholders in a global, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct trainer-led trainings for Medi24 in a global operations organization, both on-site and remotely.
•Develop training and onboarding programs based on proven methods and adult learning principles aligned to business needs.
•Perform onboarding for new employees and ensure best-practice standards within global operations functions.
•Collaborate with instructional designers to create training materials, learning aids, and manuals; communicate updates to the instructional-design team.
•Maintain the e-learning knowledge database, track training effectiveness using qualitative/quantitative feedback and metrics, and support the New-Hire-Academy support network.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years’ experience as a trainer or in a comparable role delivering online and in-person trainings using proven training methods.
•Medical training as a certified nurse (HF/FH), emergency medical technician, midwife, or medical practice assistant (MPA).
•Fluent German and/or French.
•Good English skills (advantage).
•Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong prioritization, customer orientation, communication, and presentation skills.
