Job Summary

Build and evolve an authentication and authorization platform that unifies identity across Ripple’s payment, custody, and liquidity products. You’ll set technical direction for authentication flows, federation, and fine-grained authorization, design and deliver a consistent identity experience, and operate Kubernetes-based platform services focused on reliability, observability, and secure secret management. You’ll partner with security and compliance, write technical proposals, and mentor engineers through reviews and collaboration.

•Set the technical direction for Ripple’s identity platform, including authentication flows, federation, and fine-grained authorization.

•Partner with security, compliance, and product teams to translate regulatory requirements into platform capabilities.
•Write technical proposals, contribute to architecture discussions, and mentor engineers through code review and design feedback.
