Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments as part of a delivery team. Partner with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready capabilities from day one, spanning prompts and tool calls, end-to-end architecture, and observable deployments. Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, maintain KPI dashboards, and contribute to fast MVPs while sharing field insights with engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments in collaboration with a delivery team.
•Create agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls) and integrate with customer systems using an agentic AI platform and LLM techniques.
•Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture decisions to deployed, validated, and observable production systems.
•Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks; validate outputs.
•Develop agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting, and contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs that move to deployable quickly.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system you can walk through.
•A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
•Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns, plus the ability to ship quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
