Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments in collaboration with a delivery team.
  • •Create agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls) and integrate with customer systems using an agentic AI platform and LLM techniques.
  • •Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture decisions to deployed, validated, and observable production systems.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks; validate outputs.
  • •Develop agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting, and contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs that move to deployable quickly.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system you can walk through.
  • •A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
  • •Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • •Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns, plus the ability to ship quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
