General Laborer Day shift

Oversee and monitor hatchery production during the day shift, including egg pickup, inventory, and egg breakout. Direct the workforce and maintain accurate records, while hiring and training personnel. Ensure compliance with safety rules and Bio-Security programs and oversee a safe working environment. Monitor the production of healthy baby chicks for broiler grown out, and perform other assigned duties.
