Senior Manager - Strategic Planning, Performance and Execution

Own strategy, planning, performance, and end-to-end execution for strategic programmes across a Consumer Issuing account. Lead delivery of initiatives spanning Agentic Commerce, Passkeys, and Click to Pay, manage implementation roadmaps and governance, and coordinate internal Visa teams plus client stakeholders. Prepare project documentation and client readiness materials, drive go-live execution and post-launch stabilization, and manage risks, dependencies, and executive reporting to deliver agreed business outcomes.
