Safeguard last-mile delivery operations by owning Rider Compliance. Build fraud-detection frameworks and enforce SOPs to curb cancellation and delivery fraud, prevent hijacking and location manipulation, and reduce account misuse. Partner with Customer Service, Vendor Management, and Product to close operational loopholes. Manage financial abuse risks by securing COD cash collections and auditing rider payout structures using SQL and Excel-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop frameworks, analyze data, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to combat major rider fraud categories.
•Monitor and reduce fraudulent cancellation spikes and investigate suspected cancellation patterns.
•Detect order hijacking, silent pickups, redispatch loopholes, and return frauds using systems and tracking.
•Partner with tech teams to identify unauthorized/modified apps and prevent account sharing, multiapping, and automated shift selling.
•Manage cash collection security and rider bad debt by enforcing COD limits, tracking aging balances, and auditing payout/fee manipulation.

•Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Vendor Management, and Product teams to enforce SOPs and close loopholes.
