Key Responsibilities

  • •Create work orders for FAL rework (Cabin, Systems, Electrics, or Structures by Station), and establish/verify technical content of non-conformities for documentation.
  • •Provide technical support to production, including oversight of directed changes and interface for work order adaptation between FAL production and back office.
  • •Incorporate implicit knowledge into work instructions and refine language, detail level, and regulation assignment for accurate aircraft build operations.
  • •Initiate availability of replacement parts, jigs, and tools required for work, and serve as focal point for complex topics.
  • •Manage continuous improvement measures for recurring non-conformities with quality; create and update team KPIs and communicate with colleagues on repeat/complex issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering Technology (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum of 3+ years of aerospace experience, preferably in an Aerospace Final Assembly Line.
  • •Knowledge of Airbus Industries mechanical process and methods.
  • •Knowledge of Airbus IT-Tools (Zamiz, TAKSY, DocMaster, ECM) and SAP/R3 (Module PP/PM).
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to deliver briefings and reports.
