Job Summary

Support Rewards and Compensation for the HR Shared Services team by coordinating end-to-end annual pay review and bonus cycle actions. Partner with Rewards COE to upload compensation updates in SuccessFactors, manage workflow and role-based permissions, and run UAT/SRT for HR solution changes. Handle employee queries with first-line guidance, liaise with Finance for bonus plan execution, and drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery.

•Coordinate with Reward COE and IT to manage end-to-end annual pay review and bonus cycle actions.
•Upload compensation updates, one-time payments, on-demand payments, and other adjustments in SuccessFactors by following procedures and controlling documentation.
•Perform UAT and SRT for end-to-end scenarios covering IT solution deployment aligned to design changes.
•Manage workflow navigation, role-based permissions switching, data publishing, and statement publishing back.
•Provide HR services by handling queries and executing HR transactions where self-service or automation cannot be used.
