Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct monthly tax reviews and reconciliations of parent and subsidiaries’ tax registers, and ensure accurate monthly reporting on tax health including all tax submissions and declarations.
  • •Perform quarterly internal audit and compliance checks of tax ledgers for parent and subsidiaries and identify gaps.
  • •Stay current on tax rules and regulations across applicable jurisdictions and manage internal and external tax audits.
  • •Liaise with stakeholders (business, finance, IT, and central tax in HQ) and act as the main point of contact for tax audit and taxation requirements during financial audits.
  • •Support implementation of new tax rules and regulations, provide training to the business, and support IT on tax-related setups (CIT, WHT, VAT, and other applicable taxes).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in tax (advisory or multinational).
  • •Experience leading tax implementation for entities and organizations (CIT/VAT implementation).
  • •Accounting knowledge covering P/L, BS, CFF, and disclosures.
  • •Experience with tax portals and tax systems, including ERP experience (Orion and/or OneSource is a benefit).
  • •Finance or tax university-level education.
