Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate utility-related requirements and interfaces across assigned projects.
  • •Develop and maintain utility strategies, interface management plans, registers, and coordination procedures.
  • •Coordinate requirements for multiple utility services (power, water, wastewater, stormwater, telecommunications, district cooling, gas, and other applicable services).
  • •Review utility designs, drawings, technical submissions, and coordination documentation for compliance with project and authority requirements; lead interface coordination meetings.
  • •Monitor utility applications/NOCs/permits/approvals and interface activities against the project programme, escalate risks, maintain records, and support commissioning and handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Professional engineering or project management certification would be an advantage.
  • •Strong experience in utilities, infrastructure, and interface management within construction, real estate development, or major infrastructure projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience coordinating utility diversions, connections, approvals, and multidisciplinary project interfaces.
  • •Strong understanding of UAE utility authority requirements, infrastructure networks, and approval processes.
