Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
  • •Assist with assigned daily and weekly shop tasks, including parts pickup/delivery, shop cleaning, and emptying trash.
  • •Organize and upkeep the shop facilities to support normal operating efficiency levels.
  • •Communicate effectively with internal employees and external vendor representatives via verbal, written, text, or email.
  • •Follow directions from management for daily tasks, and report problems to appropriate leaders (e.g., Shop Supervisor, Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or HR).

Key Requirements

  • •High school education or GED preferred but not required.
  • •Previous experience in construction or a shop environment is preferred but not required.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with shop personnel and vendor representatives.
  • •Must have a current Driver’s License and a good driving record; requires operating a company vehicle.
  • •Ability to adhere to PPE and company safety policies, and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
